ZQYM 618 Fuel Injection pump tester

ZQYM 618 Characteristics:

1)Full Automatic Control

After installing the to-be-test pump or injector, click “Start”, the bench will automatically adjust each test condition and test such as measuring fuel, generating test reports, judging the qualification, etc.

2) Intelligent Diagnosis

Via adopted intelligent troubleshooting mechanism, the bench can self-test harness connections, DRV blockage, working conditions, etc and prompts users.

3)Multiple Protection

Overheating, overvoltage, and overload protection; tank oil shortage tips; too high rail pressure protection; automatic shutdown as soon as operating room cover is set off; six filters protection; etc.

Injector Test

Equipped with  original imported CP3 pump and high-pressure fuel rail with DRV, can drive 6- cylinder solenoid valve and Piezoelectric injector, to carry out injector test under different working conditions

Can select number of injector cylinder to carry out automatic measurement cylinder by cylinder, test bench RPM, Automatic steering control, and automatic rail pressure regulation, maximum up to 2000Bar, can stabilize within 10Bar, and can measure oil amount and generates report automatically.

After comparing experimental data of hundreds of kinds of injectors, it can automatically judge the injector to be tested is good or not via reports.

All injector drive channels have short circuit protection function.

Fuel Pump Test

Can drive different kinds of high-pressure pumps like  CP1/CP2/CP3, CRSP,  HP3/HP4,  DCP and  HP0 pump.

Test bench RPM, Automatic steering control, Automatic rail pressure regulation, the maximum can reach 2200Bar, can stabilize within 10Bar, and can measure oil amount and generates report automatically.

After comparing experimental data of hundreds of kinds of injectors, it can automatically judge the injector to be tested is good or not via reports.

All high pressure pump drive channels have short circuit protection function.
